Fee Policies
Registration Fees
The non-refundable deposit of $50 accompanying your application
holds your place in the tour.
Total fee for Fall 2010 Tour is $235 and for the Spring 2010
Tour is $215. Guaranteed participation in the respective tour
is subject only to review of the eligibility of the vehicle;
i.e., pre-1985 vintage, "street legal" and insured.
Discounts
A $50 discount will
be applied to vehicles registering for both tours at the same
time.
Payments
- Registration Fee covers
driver and co-driver (or one riding passenger).
Auxiliary crew fee is $50 per person.
- Registration confirmation
of vehicle/participant information will be sent within 3 weeks
after submission of application.
- You will receive a bill
for balance due 60 days prior to tour.
- Balance is due within
30 days of receipt of your bill.
- A $25 Vehicle Change Fee
will be assessed if a change is made within 30 days of the tour
Cancellation Refunds
- A 100% refund of the Registration
Fee will be made if requested at least 30 days prior to the tour.
- A 50% refund of the Registration
Fee will be made if requested less than 30 days prior to the
tour.
